Machined Fabrication

The ability to manufacture a fabrication then machine it to its final dimensions is no easy task considering the stresses involved in the welding process. At SWEL we have many years experience in counteracting weld stresses which distort a fabrication making it a simpler task to machine. Other processes are introduced such as ultrasonic testing or post weld heat treatment to ensure stability and welds clean up without flaws. Machined fabrications up to 2 tonnes are within our scope of supply and our diversity of materials is without boundaries.
